PLA Biodegradable Sheet Extrusion Line
Select materials based on sheet type, then mix them uniformly using a mixer. Feed the mixture into an extruder for melting and mixing, and shape it into thin sheets of varying thickness and width. Cool and harden the sheets using a cooling and three-roll system, adjusting flatness and thickness. Pull the cooled sheets with a traction roller to maintain continuous speed. Cut the sheets to the required length using a cutting machine, then package them with an automatic system.
