Feeding System: A conical hopper is typically used in feeding equipment. Barrel: The barrel, a heated and pressurized metal cylinder, is one of the main components of the extruder. The plasticization and compression of the material are carried out in the barrel. During extrusion, the pressure in the barrel can reach 30~60MPa and the temperature can reach 150~350°C.

Three-Roller Calender: A 45° inclined, vertical, or horizontal three-roller calender is selected based on the plate thickness. Each roller has independent temperature control, with adjustable roller gaps. The middle roller’s adjustable angle, specially designed, ensures optimal calendering results and uniform sheet thickness.

Winder: Features a high-torque motor and friction winding, allowing adjustable speed and winding tension. Other winding options are available to meet various requirements.
