Full Servo Cup Thermoforming Machine
DWELL’s fully servo cup thermoforming machine features servo stretching for energy-efficient and precise operation; a robust four-column structure and a precise five-point mold table for stable construction and reduced maintenance costs; and a PLC-controlled temperature system for stable and rapid response and adjustment.
Component Details:
- Main Unit: Utilizes a four-column structure with a column diameter of 115 mm. The columns are made of 40Cr steel, tempered and hard chrome-plated, resulting in high rigidity, precise alignment, and extended lifespan for both the main unit and the mold.
- Mold Table: The opening and closing mechanism employs a five-point linkage system driven by a 22 kW servo motor and equipped with an SEW/KPM reducer. This results in more stable stamping and cutting, lower noise levels, improved hygiene during production, and reduced energy consumption.
- Temperature Control System: Directly controlled by a PLC, employing single-point temperature control. This eliminates the need for traditional temperature control gauges or modules, aiming for precise and stable temperature control at each point. This significantly improves the consistency of each part of the product during molding and simplifies the original control logic, increasing the efficiency of temperature control.
- Heating elements: Utilizing German heating elements, the basic element size is 245*60mm, with an upper furnace length of 3962mm (14 pieces wide * 15 pieces long), plus a smaller furnace (3*7 elements); the electric furnace length is 3779mm (14 pieces wide * 15 pieces long). This design ensures stable temperatures throughout the molding process, supports the use of wider molds, and guarantees uniformity in the final product.
- Heater: Employing arched ceramic electric heating elements filled with vacuum insulation cotton, this design results in higher heat transfer efficiency, safer operation, and reduced electricity costs.
- Stretching system: Employing servo stretching, this system saves 5%-10% more energy compared to traditional pneumatic stretching. It also achieves stable speed, precise positioning, low noise, and safer operation control.
