TPO Roofing Waterproof Roll Production Line

The TPO Roofing Waterproof Roll Production Line consists of key components: a counting feeder, an extruder, a three-roll calender, and a conveying box. The right side of the feeder connects stably to the left side of the extruder, while the three-roll calender is mounted on the right side of the extruder. The right end of the three-roll calender is then firmly linked to the left side of the conveying box. This configuration is specifically designed for the waterproof coiled fabric production industry.
A water inlet annular plate is installed on the left inner wall of the conveying box. Circulating low-temperature water is introduced into the internal water pipes to absorb heat generated by the waterproof membrane during conveying, ensuring effective cooling of the coiled fabric throughout the process. The front and rear of the conveying box are equipped with through holes, and a baffle is fixed between the top and bottom of the inner walls of these holes. This design enhances internal cooling of the box, accelerating the cooling of the waterproof layer and improving overall practical performance.

TPO waterproof membrane is a new type of waterproof material made by extruding thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) mixed with antioxidants, anti-aging agents, softeners, and other additives. It features a polymer mesh reinforcement layer in the middle, with fabric fibers or aluminum film attached to the surface.
