The finished product of the Dwell PVDF PP Solar Blackplane Extrusion Line is specifically designed for solar backsheets. Positioned at the rear of solar panels, the solar backsheet serves to protect and support the battery cells, while providing reliable insulation, water resistance, and aging resistance. Initially, solar backsheets adopted a three-layer structure (PVDF/PET/PVDF): the outer PVDF protective layer offers excellent resistance to environmental erosion, the middle PET polyester film ensures superior insulation performance, and the inner PVDF layer exhibits strong adhesion with EVA. Subsequently, to reduce costs and align with environmental protection requirements, fluorine-free backsheet structures (such as APE backsheets) have emerged as alternatives. - Base Heating System – The system is equipped with a specially customized heating plate, featuring lateral temperature fluctuation of ±3℃ and a maximum achievable temperature of 300℃.
- Conveying System – High-conductivity, wear-resistant rails are integrated to ensure uniform heating of the lower surface of solar panels and enable smooth in-and-out movement.
- Positioning & Adjustment Mechanism Y-axis Stopper Plate – Positioning and activation are controlled by a high-temperature stepper motor and rack-and-pinion mechanism. The positioning device can be manually adjusted to accommodate sample sizes ranging from 500 mm to 2100 mm. X-axis & Y-axis Spacing Adjustment: The X-axis direction utilizes a pneumatic lifting mechanism for stopper plate positioning. In the Y-axis direction, the spacing between the vacuum suction pipe and preheating module is controlled by a high-temperature motor-driven lead screw, with adjustable parameters via the control interface. Rotating Plate Shaft: Powered by a high-temperature stepper motor for stable operation.
- Top Heating System – Custom far-infrared heating tubes and high-temperature brown glass are adopted, capable of reaching 300℃ with a surface temperature deviation of ±3℃. Both the speed and heating power of the infrared lamps are adjustable to meet customized operational requirements.
- Fixing & Adsorption System – High-temperature-resistant automatic vacuum suction cups secure the solar panel on the heating plate base, supporting reliable use at temperatures up to 200℃. Both the base suction cups and film-tearing suction cups provide a strong adsorption force, preventing loosening during film removal to ensure a stable tearing process. Each suction cup can be independently controlled, and the film-tearing speed (X-axis movement) is adjustable within the range of 0 to 1000 mm/min. An elastic pressure plate on the film-tearing shaft ensures stable contact with the film during the tearing process, avoiding loosening.
- Stripping Modes Standard configuration – includes vacuum adsorption stripping, with optional clamping claw stripping. The two modes can be manually interchanged for flexibility.
- Safety & Environmental Protection Performance – At a distance of 1 meter from the equipment, the external temperature is controlled within 10℃ above the ambient temperature. The heating system box is equipped with an exhaust port with a diameter of 250 mm for efficient heat dissipation. Safety features include emergency stop buttons, comprehensive protection mechanisms, and clear high-temperature and electrical safety warnings.
- Ergonomic & Compatibility Design -Worktable height is adjustable within the range of 850mm ± 50 mm to adapt to different operational needs. A customized high-temperature servo motor enables automatic lifting of the backplate, moving it close to the solar panel surface. Vacuum suction pipes ensure secure attachment, and the lifting distance is adjustable via the control interface. An integrated communication interface ensures seamless compatibility with upstream and downstream equipment.
- Control System-The system is controlled by a computer and PLC, supporting storage of multiple parameter settings and operational programs for convenient use. Temperature control adopts SSR + PID mode with a precision of ±1℃, and the temperature control section utilizes solid-state relays for stable performance.
- Product & Equipment Dimensions -Processable Solar Panel Size: Ranges from L500×W500 mm to L1100×W2100 mm (customization of vacuum tube clamps or claw clamps may incur additional charges). Main Unit Dimensions: L1800×W3600×H2200 mm (subject to actual configuration).Clamp Specifications: The included vacuum pipette clamp and claw clamp are 1000 mm in width, supporting film tearing for backplates up to 985 mm wide.
- Feeding Device Requirements- The feeding device provided by the buyer must meet preliminary specifications, with an initial positioning deviation of ≤ 3 mm.
