Raw Material Storage and Conveying Equipment used for storing PET granule raw materials and conveying them to various processing stages on the production line.

Pretreatment Equipment: Including dryers, dehumidifiers, etc., to remove moisture and impurities from the raw materials, ensuring they are dry and pure, thereby improving the quality of PET Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Line. Mold located at the outlet of the extruder, it is used to shape the molten PET material into a corrugated form. The design and structure of the mold have a significant impact on the shape, size, and performance of the PET Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Line. Calendering Machine further calenders and stretches the sheet extruded by the extruder to achieve the desired thickness and width. Forming Rolls (Corrugated, Fluted, etc.)is located after the calendering machine; they are used to press the sheet into a corrugated shape. With a transmittance rate of 85%, it demonstrates excellent light transmission effects. The resin surface has undergone UV anti-aging treatment, effectively preventing aging and yellowing caused by UV exposure. The special surface of the UV adhesive can absorb UV light and convert it into visible light, stably promoting photosynthesis in plants.PET corrugated strength is ten times that of ordinary glass and possesses flame-retardant properties. Within the temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, the product will not deform or degrade in quality. Portability Advantages: Lightweight, easy to carry, punch, or cut for installation, and resistant to breakage. Compared to other traditional panels, PET corrugated cardboard is even lighter, making transportation and installation more convenient.
