  • Exquisite Transparency and Top Quality: The produced PP casting film has a light transmittance of 92% and a haze of 1.5%, with a smooth surface free of crystal points and scratches, thanks to the use of a special high-gloss casting die and cooling roll combined with a precise temperature control system. Its color and quality surpass industry standards, which meet the aesthetic standards of high-end demonstration.
  • Excellent size consistency and precise control: Result in a film thickness symmetry within 0.005mm. The die adopts a defined heat management architecture, which allows for continuous melt casting and effectively prevents film wrinkling, contradictory thickness, and various issues.
  • High-Efficiency Mass Production and Energy Saving: Using a high-efficiency singlescrew extruder that has a high plasticizing efficiency and a high utilization rate of over 99% of the raw materials, which is compatible with various raw materials like homopolymer and copolymer PP, the production line’s designed line speed can reach 60 to 120 m/min, the production line’s output is 500 to 1500 kg/h, and the energy consumption is about 20% lower than conventional equipment.
  • Do expansion and agility: It may include anti-fog, anti-static, heat-sealing, and softness as needed, assist the production of single-layer and three-layer mix ultra-transparent cast films, and address the particular requirements of situations like food preservation, health protection, and modern packaging.
  • Intelligent& Convenient, Easy Operation& Maintenance: Adopting PLC smart control method and human-machine conversation touch screen, supporting factor presetting, manufacturing data tracing, automated fault alarm and placement, key components are well-known brands, with stable and reliable operation, operators can get on the job after basic training, and the operation and maintenance cost is low.

Main Components

The production line is composed of seven base modules: feeding and drying program, extrusion system, casting shaping program, cooling and setting system, grip and winding system, online detection system, and intelligent control system. Each module works together to ensure efficient and stable production throughout the whole process:

  • Feeding and Drying System: Includinga vacuum feeder, a closed drying tank, and an automatic batcher, realizing automatic raw material conveying, efficient drying( moisture content ≤0.02%), and precise proportioning, avoiding raw material moisture affecting film transparency and performance, and adapting to various formula production.
  • Extrusion System: Adopting a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, the screw is specially nitrided, with uniform plasticizing and mixing, strong wear resistance, equipped with a precision screen changer, realizing non-stop screen changing, ensuring production continuity, and adapting to efficient processing of PP raw materials.
  • Casting Molding System: Including a special ultra-wide casting die and melt gear pump, the die lip precision reaches 0.001mm, which can realize uniform melt casting, and the gear pump accurately controls the melt flow rate to ensure film thickness consistency.
  • Cooling and Setting System: Equipped with a high-gloss cooling roll and an air knife cooling device, the cooling roll is mirror polished, the temperature can be precisely controlled( ±1℃), realizing rapid and uniform cooling and setting of the film, and improving film transparency and surface finish.
  • Traction and Winding System: Including a frequency conversion tractor, a slitting machine, and a constant tension winder, the traction speed and winding speed are accurately synchronized, supporting constant tension winding. The winding diameter can reach 1800mm, the film roll is flat and tight, not easy to lose, and convenient for subsequent processing.
  • Online Detection System: Equipped with an online thickness detector and surface defect detector, real-time monitoring of film thickness deviation and surface defects (such as crystal points, scratches), automatic alarm and feedback adjustment, improving product qualification rate.
  • Intelligent Control System: Adopting a PLC control system and a human-machine interaction touch screen, which can real-time monitor key parameters such as extrusion temperature, casting speed, and cooling temperature, support process parameter storage, production data statistics, and fault tracing, and realize intelligent management of the whole production process.
