Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this year\u2019s Plastex Egypt was held under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, gathering over 500 international exhibitors and 32,000 industry professionals. Centered on the theme of Sustainable Innovation Reshaping the Plastic Industry, the exhibition served as a key platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies driving the sector\u2019s green and efficient development. Aligning perfectly with the regional market\u2019s growing demand for packaging and daily plastic product processing equipment, Anhui DWELL\u2019s on-site display and dynamic operational demos became a standout in the exhibition hall. The PET\/PP\/PS sheet extrusion lines demonstrated exceptional precision in sheet thickness control and stable continuous production, catering to the MENA market\u2019s diverse needs for plastic sheets used in food packaging, blister packaging and industrial cladding. Its one-step extrusion molding line for lunch boxes was another highlight, integrating extrusion, molding and forming in a single process\u2014eliminating complex intermediate steps, boosting production efficiency and reducing labor and operational costs for manufacturers, which struck a chord with local and regional buyers focused on cost-effectiveness and high throughput.<\/p>\n
“The demand for cost-effective extrusion equipment in Egypt and neighboring markets is growing rapidly, especially in the extrusion machines\u00a0and food packaging sectors,” stated the Overseas Sales Director of Anhui DWELL at the exhibition. During the event, the team received merchants from more than 20 countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. It provided customized solutions to address customers’ pain points such as “capacity improvement” and “cost control”, initially securing 8 cooperation intentions.
